Maintenance & Cleaning

Valuables such as jewellery, watches and silver need maintenance. For example, a ring can look brand new after cleaning, sometimes the prongs of a setting need to be thickened again, ear clips need to be adjusted or silver needs to be polished.

Watches are also craft products. They consist of hundreds of minuscule parts that come together with the greatest care and precision to form a technical wonder: the watch. To preserve your jewelry or watches, it is therefore important that you treat them carefully and maintain them regularly.

Jewels from our own Steltman Collection are always treated in our own workshop. For jewels and watches from other brands, we will determine in consultation with you and the watchmaker, goldsmith or possibly the manufacturer in question whether we will treat your jewel or watch in our own workshop or whether we will send it to the after-sales department of the supplier. Of course, you will receive a quote and an estimate of the duration of the maintenance from us in advance.
