Repairs
Thanks to our years of experience, specialisms and craftsmanship, we can carry out all kinds of jewellery, watches and silver repairs. Mostly in-house. In some cases, we outsource the assignment to permanently appointed specialised external professionals. Or when one of our international brands requires us to have specific repairs carried out in the factory or workshop of the brand itself. Then we send your jewellery or watch to them.
When you come to our store with a damaged jewel or watch, we can usually advise and inform you immediately. The jewel/watch then goes to our service department and the studio for a price quote. Only after you have accepted the quote will we carry out the repair for you.
Designs
The most beautiful creations are created daily in the Steltman Atelier. In addition to making jewelry for the Steltman Collection, we are also ready for specific design wishes of our customers. Do you have a design in mind? We are happy to enter into the creative design process with you to arrive at a jewel entirely according to your own idea and taste. We have the knowledge and resources in-house to design and make a beautiful jewel together with you. You can make an appointment to discuss your ideas with us, we do this with great pleasure.
